  • Update from Madeleine in Sweden - Benefit Gig
    Madeleine held a benefit gig with some of her tribute bans school friends to raise £363.65 for the MPT – here she lets us know how it went and about her encore gig.

    I held the concert at Pinnen in Nässjö, 14 April. I was very nervous about this, we had been practicing since 2009, but the concert went well.

    We had an audience of about 120 people to perform to, many people said it was professional and really wanted to see more shows with us. As a result we are holding a small concert on 29 July in the city park, Nässjö this summer.

    Overall, I raised 4120 Swedish crowns for the concert, which is £363.35. I'm very happy and I have now sent all of the money with joy to the Mercury Phoenix Trust using www.justgiving.com.
