The re-launch of the Mercury Phoenix Trust website has made me sit back and think about the last fifteen years and about the people I have met, special people and the support they have given me. Apart from my family there is one lady that I would like to pay tribute to, Annie Bertschi.

Annie and I met at a Queen Convention in 1996,since that weekend her support has been immeasurable, always there if I needed advice, if I felt down, always positive. We have had many adventures together working for the Trust.
The collections at the Dominion are so successful thanks to Annie who has given up a lot of her precious time through the years of WWRY. We have raised over £100,000 to date.

Annie had a huge imput in the three Benefit Concerts that we organised. She is always with me when we have our fundraising weekend at the annual Queen Convention.

And so we will both continue to do the same.

Thank you Annie for being a special person who has become a very dear friend.
