Say It’s Not True was the song specially composed by Roger Taylor for the launch of the Nelson Mandela 46664 campaign concert on 29th November 2003 at Green Point Stadium in Cape Town. At the concert Roger performed the song with Dave Stewart from Eurythmics and Brian May.

Subsequently, the song was re-recorded by Queen and Paul Rodgers and included on the Queen + Paul Rodgers album, The Cosmos Rocks.

Queen were not able to make the 46664 concert which took place at Ellis Park Stadium in Johannesburg on Saturday December 1, 2007. As they could not be there in person to perform, Queen and Paul decided to allow a 46664 video to be made in aid of 46664. This video was actually edited backstage at the Johannesburg concert using various footage that was owned by the 46664 Campaign. The track was then rush released in South Africa in aid of 46664.
