The Bawdy Caste celebrated Gay Pride weekend in 1980's fashion on June 26th as a fundraiser for The Mercury Phoenix Trust. Instead of wearing their normal Rocky Horror costumes, they wore totally awesome 1980's gear.

Before the show, some inspirational words were spoken by Jared Wilke, co-director and Riff Raff for the Bawdy Caste. He talked about Freddie Mercury and AIDS, and then he talked about his own father who has been living with AIDS for almost twenty years. He thanked the Mercury Phoenix Trust for what they've done to fight AIDS, and because of charities like that, his father is still around.

After the show, the cast collected donations for the charity, and raised over £300. Thanks to everyone who donated, and special thanks to everyone from MPT for continuing their fight against AIDS.
